Ordering show all

  1. What is the minimum order quantity?
    You'll be thrilled to hear that there are no minimums when purchasing merchandise from the Print Shop or from a Market$pace project. But, the more you buy in the Print Shop, the lower the price!
  2. Do I have to order all items of the same style, color, and size?
    Not at all! Feel free to mix and match among the items on our website. Try different styles, sizes, colors and have some fun!
  3. How and when do I pay for my order?
    We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards, as well as Amazon checkout. Because we're doing custom work, we do require payment up front when your order is placed in the Print Shop. But, don't worry your pretty little head! If you are ever not 100% in love with your order, we'll work with you to take care of it through refund, merchandise credit or replacement. And, if you're purchasing an item from a Market$pace project, you will not be charged until the project has ended and only if the project goals are met.

  1. What are the specifications for artwork uploaded for Printing?
    The artwork you submit to us must meet these requirements: The maximum dimensions can be 11" X 10.9" For best results we prefer vector art, which include AI, EPS, and SVG. Or, large raster files at least 300 DPI, which include JPG, TIF, PNG, PSD. *Please note we can modify a logo for you if a higher resolution file is not available, for a one-time payment of just $20.

  2. Where can you print on a T-shirt?
    You'll have the option of four different locations for your logo or design. You can choose either left or right chest at 4"x4", full front and/or full back at 12.5"x12.5". We do size proportionately when printing so the maximum dimensions may vary per shirt. If you have other brilliant placement ideas, please or call 888.887.4478.
  3. Can my logo or design be printed in two locations?
    Yep! When ordering through the Print Shop you can choose to have your logo printed in two locations such as left chest and full back for a few extra bucks. The second logo location price will be based on how many items you're ordering and the pricing info is shown on each style page. Market$pace projects, however, are currently limited to one design and one print location.
  4. Do you recommend anybody to design a logo for me?
    Well, we either recommend ourselves or one of the talented designers in our community! We'd be stoked to help you create a new design or logo. Just choose the “design a logo for me” option in the design studio. Or, if you'd prefer to hand off the project to a designer, browse the Artist Space for your perfect creative partner and get in touch. If you have a really specific idea you can place a free advertisement in our Ad Space. Create a brief ad describing your needs and we will post it right to our site for all to see.

  1. How can I get my logo or design in your hands?
    If you have an existing design or logo, just upload your design here and get to shopping. If you're feeling creative, visit our Design Studio and try out our Design Builder. We have plenty of clip art files and fun fonts to assist your creative mind and help you build a sweet design or logo to use in the Print Shop or your Market$pace project!
  2. What type of formats do you accept?
    Accepted file types: AI, EPS, PDF, JPG, PNG, BMP, TIF, PSD – If we can read it, we can use it.

    If your logo is not available in any of these digital formats, don't panic. Send us your business card, send us a photo of the side of your truck, or send us a box of cookies with your logo taped to it. (We'd prefer chocolate chip, please.). We'll work to transform your logo into a print work of art no matter what format it is in.
  3. How do I create a screen capture of my logo?
    All right, let's get technical for a sec. To create a screenshot of any webpage or capture any screen event please follow the step by step instructions below.

    STEP 1
    On Windows, press the Print Screen or Prnt Scrn key on your keyboard, found on the upper right (this key will capture the entire screen). Or to capture only the active window press Alt + Print Screen. On Macs, press Command + Shift + 3.

    STEP 2
    Open up the paint program on your computer: you can use virtually any paint program (including Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro, Corel PhotoPaint, or Microsoft Paint) usually found through Start>Programs>Accessories>Paint.

    STEP 3
    In the paint program select File>New, then Edit>Paste. Pretty simple, right? Your screen capture is now ready to be cropped or scaled. Once you have created the screen capture save the file (note where you saved it) and then upload the file to our website.

Market$pace Buyers show all

  1. Will I still receive my order if the Market$pace project does not reach its goal?
    No, unfortunately shirts will only be sent out for projects reaching their goal. That's why we encourage you to share your projects of interest with all of your friends.
  2. Will I still be charged if the Market$pace project does not reach their goal?
    No way! You will only be charged at the end of a project if it was successful in reaching its goal.
  3. How long will it take for my project merchandise to ship?
    Your Market$pace order will ship within 2 weeks of the project's end date.
  4. What if my shirt doesn't fit?
    We guarantee all of our products, including those purchased in the Market$pace. If you are not satisfied with your merchandise in any way, we will resolve the situation by method of replacement, refund, or merchandise credit. No muss, no fuss.

  1. How do I launch a project in the Market$pace?
    It's as easy as 1, 2, 3...4! Just visit our Market$pace and choose to Launch a Project. If you have any questions throughout the launch steps, just give us a shout! 888.887.4478
  2. How much does it cost to launch a project?
    Nothing! It's free :)
  3. How long will my project run?
    You can run your project as long as 21 days. Just make sure you plan your end date to coordinate with any event deadline. It will take up to two weeks to ship once your project has ended.
  4. What happens when I've reached my goal?
    If you reach your goal and the project is still going, then everything else is gravy. Keep sharing and keep selling!

  1. How will you ship my order?
    For orders that weigh more than one pound, we ship by UPS Ground service. These orders are trackable from the time they hit the truck until they're dropped on your doorstep. We'll shoot you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number when your order is on its way. Orders of less than a pound are delivered by USPS and shipment tracking is available by calling our customer service line at 888.887.4478.
  2. How long does it take for my order to be delivered once it's shipped?
    If you're holding it down on the East Coast, you should receive your order 1-3 business days after shipment, orders headed to the Midwest take about 3-5 days from the ship date, and orders going to the West Coast generally take 5-7 business days once shipped. If you're in a pinch (or maybe a procrastinator like us) expedited shipping is available. Please contact a customer service rep with your specific needs and we'll get you a quote pronto
  3. How much will it cost to ship my order?
    Your shipping costs are determined by the weight of your package. Check out the chart for a guide to our shipping rates. Please note that these rates only apply to shipping addresses within the contiguous United States which excludes Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

  4. Can I have my order shipped to an address other than my billing address?
    Certainly! If you are placing your order online just indicate your shipping address in the appropriate fields at checkout.
  5. Can you ship to PO Boxes? What about APO and FPO addresses?
    Bummer, we cannot ship to PO Boxes, but we can ship to APO and FPO addresses. Charges for APO and FPO shipments will follow our normal shipping rates listed on the right. However, all orders going to APO and FPO addresses will be shipped via USPS and are not trackable.
